First Notice --

It has come to our attention that your broadcast is in violation of the terms of Live365's User's Agreement and may not be in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 114. Please review your broadcasts and take all steps necessary in order to make your broadcasts compliant within the next 7 days.

Accordingly, Live365.com will immediately take steps to remove your broadcast from our directory, and we have or will be turning off your broadcasts. In some instances your passwords have been changed pending your response to this email.

If you are in fact not in compliance with the DMCA, you are in violation of the terms of your User's Agreement. However, if you are in compliance, if you feel this notice has reached you in error, or if you would like to take steps to correct your broadcast playlist to make it compliant, please contact me by replying to this email at your earliest convenience.

We do not want to shut down anyone's site and we know our broadcasters put in much time and effort creating their broadcasts. On the other hand, we are required by law to act in a manner that protects the artists and record companies by enforcing compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in response to direct RIAA requests.
